Manifest icons browser support
Published
The icons manifest member supplies the images a browser uses on the home screen, in the task switcher, and in the install dialog. An icon with purpose: "maskable" lets the platform apply its own mask shape to the artwork.
The table covers the member as recorded in MDN browser-compat-data. iOS applying its own icon shape instead of honouring maskable icons is a row footnote.
