T3 variant: manifest icons only

This page has its own manifest (scope /lab/device-tests/t3/manifest-only/) with four labelled icons: 192 blue and 512 green (purpose any), M192 purple and M512 teal (maskable). It declares no apple-touch-icon; its rel=icon is FAV grey. Add it to the Home Screen and read the label off the icon. A page screenshot or a letter tile means iOS used none of them.
